Long term goal: Pu Sa Bum Nim, and to become a better instructor."Martial Arts has been an interest of mine since third grade and was sparked through watching the TV series "Kung Fu" and the Movie "Enter the Dragon". Seeing the manipulation of the hands and feet without getting hurt by an opponent's offenses just fasinated me. It took several years to convince my parents to pay for lessons and began my training in martial arts. I am a mother of a teenage son who also attends classes.
Why Kuk Sool? I stay with Kuk Sool Won because I am always learning something new and frefining on a previous teaching. Also, I continue to maintain my flexibiilty and overall physical and mental health. Kuk Sool Won of Clear Lake is unique with their student creed, instructor creed and the Association creed. The messages behind these creeds become a part of my development of a positive attitude, that I can do more than I think I can.
